Angelo A. DuPlantier is a Partner with the Crafts Law Firm.  Since graduating from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1992, Mr. DuPlantier has been employed as a litigator in whatever firm he has worked.  While Mr. DuPlantier has extensive experience in the area of General Casualty litigation including personal injury matters, he specializes in Commercial and Business litigations matters.  Mr. DuPlantier represents  local car dealerships in garage liability matters including Lemon Law issues, Consumer Legal Remedies Act issues, and general liability topics.  Mr. DuPlantier also heads CLF’s Construction Defect/Construction Litigation Department representing  general contractors, subcontractors and other tradesmen regarding claims of defective residential and commercial construction projects. In addition, Mr. DuPlantier is a critical member of our Title Litigation Department, representing banks and individuals regarding landownership and other title disputes.  Mr. DuPlantier has arbitrated and mediated hundreds of cases in his 20 years of practice and has been lead counsel in multiple jury trials during that same period.

Mr. DuPlantier an Orange County native and a graduate of the University of California, Irvine in 1988.  After a brief stint in Sacramento to attend law school, Mr. DuPlantier returned to Southern California in order to practice.  Since 1998, Mr. DuPlantier has based his practice in the Orange County area, but has handled legal matters in State and Federal Courts from San Diego to San Francisco.
